 At Dr. Smits  we are committed to providing high-quality educational content and transformative learning experiences. Please read this refund policy carefully before making your purchase. By enrolling in any of our online courses, programs, or digital materials, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are only applicable within 3 days from the date of purchase. 
  • To qualify for a refund, you must email your request to care@drsmits.com within the 3-day period, stating your reason for cancellation.
  • After 3 days, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.                               
  • Refunds will not be granted if:
    • You have accessed or downloaded more than 25% of the course materials.
    • You fail to participate in the course activities.
    • The course or program was purchased during a promotion, bundle, or discounted offer.
    • Technical issues on your side (e.g., poor internet connection, device incompatibility) prevent you from accessing the content.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after confirmation.
    • Refunds will be made using the original payment method only.
    • Transaction or processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.
    • If you are unable to continue the course, you may request a one-time transfer to the next intake or another course of equal value (subject to approval)
    • Transfers are only allowed once and must be requested before the session begins.
    • This policy complies with Malaysia’s Consumer Protection Act 1999 for digital services. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms of this refund policy before completing your purchase.”
