Always exhale when lifting kids/groceries & DONT hold your breath.

Sit tall, avoid slumping. Standing tall reduces stress on abs and pelvic floor.

3. Manage Constipation

Straining worsens both diastasis and prolapse. Eat fiber, drink water, move daily.

4. Daily Core & Pelvic Floor Routine

Just 5–10 minutes of breathing & gentle squeezes each day can prevent problems.

5. Don’t Ignore Small Leaks
